Duties include responsibility for the compliance and the management and direction of pipeline crossings in Canada. You will ensure efficient and timely right of way support for; the construction, operation and maintenance of the existing pipeline system, due diligence initiatives, new acquisitions and new projects. As the Manager Lands & Right of Way you will develop and foster positive landowner relations while recognizing and preserving our existing easement rights. You will be the primary contact for Land owner Associations and NEB Landowner Initiatives. Minimum qualifications include an undergraduate bachelors degree; SR/WA designation from the International ROW Association; minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in Lands and Right of Way with both operational and project experience including a minimum of 5 years supervision and/or management experience. Strong management, leadership accountability and interpersonal skills; salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
